This meditation course offers participants the opportunity to develop a range of skills that will enhance their well-being and inner peace over a series of 5 evening sessions. A range of approaches to meditation will be introduced and experienced. These can be used at any moment in daily life as well as in moments of privacy and silence. Participants will have a greater awareness of how they can transform the quality of their lives and their relationships as they live with greater consciousness in every moment. By practicing meditation, you will become more able to understand the depth and meaning of your inner world and by extension your outer world. The more aware you are, the more you can let go of old negative patterns and simultaneously begin to take new and positive steps to a refined way of being. We ask that people who wish to join pay in advance for 5 weeks to show their commitment.

Meditation, or consciousness focused upon itself, is the ultimate discovery of who you really are, and what you truly are. You can discover an inner guidance within yourself, and that inner guidance will help you discover your true destination. We are often led in the right direction by our inherent intuition, but the greatest tool for
self knowledge is meditation. It allows our mental and physical activity to settle down, and the mind becomes peaceful, calm and focused. In essence, meditation allows our awareness to become 'rejuvenated.

Our courses take place upstairs at the Coffin House. The atmosphere is cosy and inviting , that's how we like it! small friendly informal, there is even an open fireplace! So join us for a soothing and informative course.
